Los hechos consumados por los secuaces coludidores del dictador q controla todos los poderes del estado , hablan por si solos. Petronilo Flores anuncio q todas las apelaciones contra Morales, fueron rechazadas. En efecto, Flores del TCP, admitio q la sentencia 0084/2017 es valida y obligatoria.
